Brassard Gets Five-Year Deal With Rangers

The Rangers avoided arbitration with Derick Brassard by agreeing to terms with the restricted free-agent center, the team announced Sunday.
Brassard will receive a five-year contract, his agent, Allan Walsh, said on Twitter.
