ESPN Awarded World Cup Of Hockey

ESPN has been awarded exclusive U.S. broadcast rights to the World Cup of Hockey, which will be held in Toronto in the fall of 2016, officials announced Wednesday.
The broadcast deal covers all tournament games, including the best-of-three final that will be the culmination of the eight-team tournament scheduled to take place at the Air Canada Centre between Sept. 17 and Oct. 1, 2016.
