Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri will be ready to move on after he serves a three-game club ban for disciplinary reasons.

Kadri accompanied the Maple Leafs on Friday to Calgary, where sat out a third consecutive game since he missed a team meeting Sunday.

He said before Friday night's loss to the Flames that he was "humiliated" but added that he has learned from the ordeal.
