Lightning leading scorer Nikita Kucherov is not in training camp, and the regular season looms less than two weeks away.
Kucherov, a restricted free agent, will hold out until he signs a new deal, his agent Scott Greenspun told Lightning GM Steve Yzerman, according to tampabay.com.
