Utah Hockey Club forward Liam O\'Brien signed a three-year contract extension Wednesday.
Financial terms were not disclosed by the team, but TSN reported the deal was worth a total of $3 million. He was a pending unrestricted free agent prior to signing the contract.
\"We are very pleased to sign Liam to a three-year contract,\" Utah general manager Bill Armstrong said.
