Rangers Make Igor Shesterkin The Highest-Paid NHL Goalie

The New York Rangers signed goalie Igor Shesterkin to an eight-year, $92 million contract that makes him the highest-paid goalie in NHL history, beating Carey Price\'s previous record contract.
Shesterkin, 28, is on the final year of a four-year deal with an AAV of $5.66 million and could have become an unrestricted free agent July 1, 2025.
