The New York Rangers are trading Ryan Lindgren and Jimmy Vesey to the Colorado Avalanche for Juuso Parssinen, Calvin de Haan and a second- and fourth-round draft pick in the 2025 NHL draft. Sources said the second-round pick is the better of Carolina\'s or the Rangers\' second-round pick this year. The fourth-round pick is the better of Colorado\'s or Vancouver\'s this year, according to sources.
The Rangers are retaining 50% of Lindgren\'s $4.5 million cap hit as part of the deal. The defenseman\'s contract expires this summer.
