Pop is easily the best by far. Track record speaks for itself, he can coach any style, any era.

And what has any of the other coaches done to garner more respect, than pop?

Greens - record is 102-103
Jenkins - has made the playoffs twice in 5 seasons and has a losing record in the playoffs
Udoka - had a great Celtics team that was 51-31 (not amazing)
Kidd - won 1 WC championship with Luka, also didn't do much with Giannis (sure young) and was traded as a coach from BKN to Mil

Duncans last season was 15-16, Pops record from 2016 to 2022 is W 255 and L 216, only the last 2 seasons have the spurs really sucked, and it was to get Wemby and rebuild.

To put that record in perspective Jenkins would need to win 50 games to beat that W/L record pop had over a 6 year span.

51-31 may not seem amazing, but taking a team to the Finals in your first season as a head coach is. Houston also improved by 19 wins from 22-23.

So we are giving Udoka the title "Best of the Southwest" after 2 years of coaching with his accolades being 1 good season and 1 season where he improved a roster from losing to being slightly less losing?
Can we also remember that houston completely rinsed their roster, only 6 players remained from the prior year.
The 22-23 roster they lost
Ty Ty Washington, Kevin Porter Jnr, Darius Days, KJ Martin, Josh Christopher, Eric Gordon, Trevor Hudgins, Daishen Nix, Usman Garuba, Bruno Fernando, Garrison Mathews & Frank Kaminsky.
The team went from 4 rookies & 4 1st year players to 3 rookies & 3 1st yr players

You would hope by removing some youth and bringing in guys with real NBA experience, FVV, Jeff Green, Reggie Bullock they might see some improvement
