A+. Terrible trade for the Knicks. They would've been better with Ryan Anderson. Anderson wouldn't have been that much different to having Melo. It was the perfect swap.

got to give them an A. Melo isnt a star anymore but they got something for nothing. I dont understand how trades like this happen. what do the Knicks want w/ Kanter or McDermott? dont see how this helps them at all

A lot of people gonna eat crow regarding Melo.

IF (big if) Russell westbrook can play like a normal human being than Melo has everything in place to thrive. Playing the 4, next to a rim protector, next to defensive specialists to ensure he's not tasked with guardign any elite wings (George, Roberson), and he cant be doubled playing next to PG and russ

The only reason I don't give the Thunder an A on this is that they didn't dump Singler in the deal. They take on a lot of salary and will be paying more tax. I guess if the owners of the team can afford it that is their issue.
