The deal would have been rated a B... but the fact that Masai Ujiri had Glen Grundwal throw in multiple picks into the deal makes it an A.
Knicks are getting a shooter, but that is all that he is. He is still never going to rebound and needs to be motivated to come to play every night. I will feel bad for him because Mike Woodson is not going to give him any freebies, he will have to earn his minutes to play and he better perform because if he doesn't MSG will eat him alive.
Raptors are able to use Novak and I'm not even sure Camby would report to Toronto, which means he is going to get bought out but at a discount because his contract for the second season is only guaranteed fpr a million.
So we may see Camby signing with Miami, but he will have to take a hit on his current pay check to do so.

I give it a B-
The Raps really aren't getting much of value here. They are trading an asset while it's at it's lowest, which is kind of bad business, but they are basically forced to as the need to move on from Bargs at this point.
They have to pay some salaries for the next few years, and Novak really doesn't do anything for them. The only way they really win the trade is if the 1st rounder in 2016 gets them anything. But, in all probability it will probably be in the 20-25 range, and will probably turn into nothing.
It's kinda a meh trade.

Yall always pretend like picks are golden. If the picks are in the mide-late 20s, then does it really matter much? You're gonna give a trade an for Camby and Novak who I believe will make 5mill each year and wont play? I mean, didnt Barg score 21ppg last season? C grade at best. We dont know what those picks will turn into so its always hard to say, but they wont be lottery picks.
Peja, Iverson, CP3, T-Mac, Starks, Artest. Will never get over how the 01-02 Kings got cheated by the refs.

I give it an A, since Toronto was planning on simply Amnestying him just a few weeks back.
