Beasley should have stayed his ass in Miami. some people think your good enough to be the star on the team when in actuality there just solid players on a good team with a good support system. Beasley cant carry a team but he's a very good basketball player

I don't think he had the power or ability to stay in Miami, I think that was Riley's decision.

He will be starting for the Los Angeles Lakers this year at small forward...

He needs a mentor. Someone who will keep him in check and get him on the right path and he'll be fine. If he doesn't seek help, he'll find himself out of the league w/ the quickness.

they needed to get rid of his contract in order to be able to sign LeBron & Bosh to a max.
Miller came about after they took a pay cut.
