I think they have compiled one of the best teams in the league.

The combo of CP3, Sir Griffin and DJ the Great, you have a formidable team that can get points whenever. Then you still got Crawford who is old reliable.

But the addition of Championship Level Coach of Doc, with JJ Reddick, a sought after shooter, and then of course Dudley.

Dudley is the only dud on this team, but could prove valuable on bench. Everyone else is a stud.

They made some costly mistakes trying to fill their role players and bench with old veterans like grant hill and trading their draft picks. I think more and more teams are starting to figure out the way to sustain a winning squad is the cutivation of young cheap talent. The knicks and nets are learning that now, the clippers and lakers figured that out last year.

Clippers own LA. I never thought I would ever say that, but they are finally being managed correctly, and successfully.

Lakers on other hand, are in a pit of fire, that Cavs, Bucks and Philly are in.

Jazz, Celtics, Wizards, and Kings, might not look like much, but they are being managed greatly, they are just in build mode and clawing their ways back up to the top. They have bright futures at the end of the dark tunnel, as for the other teams mentioned in pit of fire, the end of the tunnel only leads to fired GMs, fired coaches, and all star players leaving the poorly managed franchise.
