The 3 seed will likely be the nets or the raptors. Whoever wins the atlantic divison is guaranteed no lower than the fourth seed but this year's weak eastern conference will likely produce the three division winners as top 3 seeds. Nets have been on fire as of late and are beginning to look like the contender many people envisioned when they made the kg-pierce trade. There is also a chance that Brook Lopez may return during the play offs. The raptors and bulls likely will face each other in the first round and I don't see the raps getting past joakim noah and the chicago defense.

Raptors will remain in 3rd. there playing extremely well and they are 10 games above. 500. Raptors will likely play wizards in the first round not Chicago.. Bulls and Nets will go head to head in first round.. that will be a great series

Lopez is not returning. The surgery he underwent was major. They've repositioned a bone in his foot so that the fractured one takes less stress. He won't be re-evaluated for play till training camp in October. He'll probably miss the early part of next season too. How he recovers from this surgery determines whether he can keep playing AT ALL. He's not rushing back.

bro you're unreal. Raps are good. Raps score 100.6 PPG (17th) Bulls score 93.4 PPG (LAST).... Raps have a net difference of 3.16 while bulls have a net difference of .086.... bulls have two more losses than the raps.. your bulls are sick
as a side note, I've played in the NBA as much as Derrick Rose last 30 games

Yes the bulls play a much slower tempo with out derek rose...They also play defense on EVERY possession unlike Toronto...The Raptors have taken advantage of a weak eastern conference and an even weaker atlantic division...it is the weakest division the league has had in years...And Lowry has been playing better then he really is....When playoff time comes around all the flaws this team really has will be exposed....Lack of 3 point shooting...lack of team defense...lack that guy who puts the ball in the bucket when you need a hoop...Lack of an on the go strategic coach or assistant...Who is going to win you a playoff series with this team let alone a play off game? No one they traded that guy to Sac-Town....Who is gonna guard Lebron on this team? Derozan? Ross? Salmons? yea okay have fun good luck....this team will end up in the 4 or 5 seed and they will lose in 6 or less games....The bulls even without their superstar have a great team who plays good team defense with a top 5 head coach in the league...The team chemistry is through the roof these guys all have each others back....Also Dj Augustine is the one thing the bulls have that Toronto doesnt...A legit player who can go off for 30 any night pretty easily....They also have an MVP candidate in Noah who with his 4 assists per you could say hes a 20 ppg scorer...The bulls could be in the conference finals this year with a little luck....Toronto on the other hand I dont see one playoff matchup where they have the overall advantage....They play hard I wont deny that....but thats all they got

Augustine can off for 30 any night pretty easily? :o :-? He has a career average of 9.9 points and a season average of 12.1. And then Noah averages 20 ppg? He is averaging 12.4 points. Please turn your computer off and go outside for some fresh air.

Yea he can...since his days at Texas DJ has been able to light it up...The raps could actually tell you about it he has lit them up a few times...
And Noahs 12 points plus the 8 that come off of his 4 assists make TWENTY....I'd take Noah over anyone on the Raps....The Bulls also play defense so Noah isnt really needed to score more then he does...

Just cause he gets 12 points and 4 assists doesnt mean hes a "20 ppg" guy in that case chris paul averages 40 ppg? POINTS PER GAME. Not points and assists leading to points. Also if Augustine could score 30 easily... does he only score 12 because he feels bad? I don't understand your logic.

Augustine is a backup point guard who when given starter minutes can score the ball as good as any starting point....He is going to carry the bulls to conference finals where he will score 50 in game 7 and they will lose by 1
