Players on that list have a lot of skills but speaking of Highest BB IQ there should be quite different names mentioned there.

What is so intelligent about players (LeBron James, James Harden) who produce off midcourt plays with teammates spreading to all corners? Kyrie Irving owes brutal ballhandling and crazy moves but there is much more to BB IQ. Rajon Rondo and Draymon Green (Chris Paul maybe #3) are smartest on this list but they cannot handle their emotions.

Looking back to history: Magic, Bird, Stockton... comes to filling the quest. They could make great decisions in small spots, finding angles, making it on the fly, creating in crowded areas etc.
Among current players only Stephen Curry and Nikola Jokic should be in consideration for that title. Just my opinion.

Basketball IQ is knowing when to speed the game up, when to slow the game down, when to attach the paint, when to space the floor with a 3, when to find an easy opportunities for your teammate who is struggling to get it going, when to lead, when to follow, when to give a hard foul, when to encourage a teammate, when to yell at a teammate.

There are a handful of players in the NBA who have the talent to do anything they want on the court. What separates the truly great players is basketball IQ. Lebron has it. Kawhi has it. Giannis and Jokic are rapidly developing rare combinations of skill and IQ. On the other hand, players like Harden, Westbrook, and Irving are a step behind. They are incredibly talented but they don't always know WHEN to do one thing over another.

I agree Kawhi should be on the list, but there's an Other for him. While he could be in the top 5 I don't believe he's quite at LBJ's level just yet.

Jokic could have the highest IQ for a bigman, Al Horford, AD and a couple others could give him a run for his money. Unfortunately he's not at LBJ's level.

Curry in my opinion should not be on the list at all. One of many examples are the very questionable behind the back passes he tries in key moments (see NBA Finals 2016).

Kyrie is already on the list but I don't see him being quite at LBJ's level either. See how he's handling the Celtics struggles this year.
