RoCo is the $hit. No question the Rockets made the best move.

A month before the deadline, the Jazz picked up Jordan clarkson from the Cavs, THey went on a great streak with him he has been balling. That is the best move.

The Heat are not a contending team.

Isn't Winslow a younger version of Iggy, a defensive ball handling wing who can't shot well??
The Heat go as far as Jimmy takes them, the moves made by the Heat are relatively small.
The Rockets went hyper unorthodox, hard to call that the "best moves" when everyone everywhere says they are rolling the dice going that small. Boom bust move.
The Clippers are the only team that added a quality starter at a position of need, they would probably claim the "best moves" tag, but not by an sizable margin.

The difference is that Winslow has missed most of the season and might not come back this season at all so it's an improvement from that standpoint alone plus Iggy bring playoffs experience. Also, don't discard what Jae Crowder bring as a defensive player off the bench. Dion Waiters and James Johnson were not playing at all.
