I only support this if Seattle is #1 on the list. Stern screwed Seattle and this would right a terrible wrong. Vegas, Buffalo, and San Diego would all be good choices.

The NBA needs to figure out how the league can better distribute its superstar players. They could increase the max contract significantly so teams could really only afford one star, maybe two if they want to fill out the rest of their roster with minimum contracts.
