Thought it would be wise to characterize the NBA tax system with a word other than "Apron".
There will be massive trades / re-structuring of teams based on the new tax system -- with strong penalties when crossing the threshold. Casual fans will be scratching their heads ( Second Apron? )
Why not call it the :
Tax Threshold / Barrier / Boundary / Gateway ( curious if Apron is the actual language used in the CBA or just some NBA reporter came up with that concept )

no because a hard cap cant be worked around this is just an added tax
