I put B.
It was the 3rd largest deal in MLB history based on the total money, and the 2nd based on yearly average. He's the best SS in the game, so I understand it, but wow that's a lot. Better to lock a guy like that up long term than to watch him walk at the end of the year only to get paid the same somewhere else, although I do feel they slightly overpaid.
