This is difficult not knowing which one the Browns will take...
Giants have good receivers and wont rush anyone out there while Eli is around. Whoever they pick has the best chance long term.

I lean toward Rosen / Mayfield having solid careers and Darnold / Allen being complete busts.
Browns will get Allen, Giants will get Darnold, Broncos will get Rosen and Jets will get Mayfield.
