It's not so much them saying "Lawrence will be good", it's more that if they put Lawrence in this poll it could skew the results enough that we don't see meaningful differences between some or all of the other quarterbacks. Because of all the hype, expectations, and previous success of Lawrence people already talk a lot about him, so asking about the other QBs provides a different conversation than is happening elsewhere.
