Rodri has been cleared to return to action and could feature in his side’s game against Bournemouth on Tuesday. Rodri has not played since he tore the ACL in his right knee against Arsenal in September.
Rodri returned to training in April and had hoped to return for the end of the season.
City face Fulham at Craven Cottage in their final game of the Premier League season before heading to the United States to compete in the Club World Cup next month.
