Manchester City has regained the top spot in SPI's Premier League title odds following Chelsea's loss to Aston Villa.
Man City's odds increased from 39 percent to 48 percent, as they have three games in hand compared to Chelsea.
Chelsea ranks second at 34 percent, followed by Liverpool at 12 percent and Arsenal at six percent.
