Falcao was widely believed to be Chelsea's top transfer target before he left Atlético Madrid and signed for Monaco last summer in a deal worth around €60 million.
"I want to play for Monaco in the next years," said Falcao.
Falcao is out with a knee ligament injury.
"My injury? It's going well, the dream to play the World Cup is giving me strength."
Chelsea will surely acquire a striker in the summer.
"I have a team, but no striker," said Jose Mourinho last month.
"Falcao does not have a team. A player like him can't play in front of 3,000 people. Monaco is a club to end [your career with]."
