Tito Vilanova is back in a hospital due to a recurrence of the throat cancer he has been fighting for more than two years.
Vilanova is the former manager of Barcelona.
Spain’s national radio broadcaster reported that Vilanova, 45, had emergency surgery at a Barcelona hospital because of his deteriorating health.
