Eintracht Frankurt have signed U.S. international Timothy Chandler from relegated Nuernberg.
Chandler, a 24-year-old full-back, signed a three-year contract at Frankfurt.
"We are delighted this transfer worked out. It's nice that Chandler returns home to Frankfurt," Frankfurt sporting director Bruno Huebner was quoted on the official website.
Chandler has made 95 Bundesliga appearances for Nuernberg and scored four goals. He has won nine caps for the USMNT and is a member of the U.S. World Cup squad.
