Arsenal reportedly offered €40 million to Borussia Dortmund for Marco Reus, according to a report from Joaquin Maroto of AS.
Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid have both been linked to a move with Reus as well.
Reus is one of the world's best forwards with the capacity to play both winger or striker.
