Chelsea has had the largest growth in commercial revenue since 2012 in the Premier League at 63 percent.
Manchester United is second at 60 percent, followed by Manchester City (48 percent), Arsenal (45 percent) and Liverpool (30 percent).
Liverpool released their financial results and are profitable for the first time in seven years, but trail their peers when it comes to commercial growth.
