16-year-old Miguel Avalos has signed with the LA Galaxy II of the USL.
Avalos was originally signed by Pachuca in 2018, though he was not allowed to play due to FIFA rules prohibiting players under 18 to move to another country for soccer purposes.
\"It\'s very exciting, because I was in Pachuca for about a year and unfortunately, I wasn\'t able to play because of the FIFA rule. So, moving out here to LA, it\'s amazing being able to play, and I\'m excited to play this season,\" Avalos told ESPN.
Avalos is a dual national who would represent either Mexico or the U.S.
