Liverpool Could Make

Liverpool is preparing a bid in the £30 million range for Ander Herrera of Athletic Bilbao, according to a report from Fichajes.
Herrera is 24 years old and in his third season at Bilbao. Herrera has a 7.31 WhoScored rating in 26 appearances, scoring two goal with four assists.
Brendan Rodgers believes Herrera would be a key addition to Liverpool's central midfield.
Manchester United has previously targeted Herrera as well.
