Chelsea has picked up their efforts to make a deal for Diego Costa with the hope that a deal can be reached before the summer transfer period opens.
Atlético Madrid could receive upwards of £35 million for Costa, who may be the world's best available striker.
Costa has scored 31 goals in 41 games for Atleti this season.
Chelsea tried to reach a deal for Costa in January, but he did not want to leave midseason. Atleti remains in the Champions League and are currently at the top of La Liga.
