Real Madrid has reportedly identified Eden Hazard and Oscar of Chelsea as their main targets for the summer transfer window.
Chelsea may have to sell in order to sign the type of elite striker they seek while complying with Financial Fair Play regulations.
Paris Saint-Germain has already been linked to a £90 million transfer for both playmakers.
Chelsea already parted with Juan Mata in the January window and it is unlikely they will also need to sell Hazard and Oscar.
