Chelsea On Verge Of $83.6M Deal For Diego Costa

Chelsea is on the verge of signing Diego Costa, according to a report in The Metro.
Inter Milan is interested in signing Fernando Torres, who Costa will in part replace.
Chelsea has been keen on signing Costa for months with the transfer fee a rumored $83.6 million.
Chelsea will play Atlético Madrid in the Champions League Semifinals.
