Chelsea at Liverpool (Sunday, 9:05 AM on NBCS): The Man City and Liverpool match two weeks ago was to determine who would take pole position into the final stretch of the Premier League season, and it lived up to its billing with a 3-2 thriller.

Liverpool will capture its first EPL title since 89-90 if they win out and there seems to be little chance of Brendan Rodgers' being significantly slowed by a José Mourinho side on cruise control between the first and second leg of their Champions League tie against Atlético Madrid. Chelsea is undoubtedly playing opossum on some level, but there is truly very little to be gained by picking up three points at Anfield. A win by Chelsea only slightly increases their title chances with City becoming the controllers of their own destiny.

If the two sides draw, Liverpool will still control its own destiny with just a one point margin entering its final two fixtures.

Petr Cech, John Terry, Eden Hazard, Ramires and Samuel Eto'o won't be in Mourinho's XI, but Nemanja Matic and Mohamed Salah (cup tied), along with Frank Lampard and Jon Obi Mikel (on UCL suspensions) should all be on the pitch.
