David Luiz appears close to a transfer from Chelsea to Paris Saint-Germain.

Sky Bet has announced that they've suspended betting on Luiz joining PSG.
Announcing the news, Sky Bet wrote: "We've just seen a hefty bet on David Luiz to move from Chelsea to PSG so have suspended betting after his odds we're slashed from 12/1 to 4/6 on."
