Chelsea Buys Filipe Luis From Atl

Filipe Luis has been sold by Atlético Madrid to Chelsea for £20 million.
Luis joined Atleti from Deportivo in 2010 and played 180 matches for the club during his four seasons.
Luis has been one of the best left backs in La Liga.
