Frank Lampard To Sign With Manchester City On Loan From NYCFC

Frank Lampard will sign with Manchester City on loan from NYCFC.
NYCFC is owned by City Football Group and will begin play next year in the MLS.
Lampard had been with Chelsea from 2001 until 2014.
