Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton Scouting Josh Brownhill

Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton and West Brom have all sent scouts to monitor 18-year-old Josh Brownhill.
Brownhill is rated as one of the best prospects in League One.
Preston face an uphill task to hang on to their prized asset, although there is the possibility he could be loaned back to Deepdale immediately following any sale.
