Arsenal has already begun working on a deal to sign Edinson Cavani during the January transfer window, according to a report from Fichajes
Cavani hasn't played to his potential with Paris Saint-Germain since Zlatan Ibrahimovic plays a central role, leaving him out wide.
Arsene Wenger is still searching for a striker with the finishing capabilities of Cavani.
