Memphis Depay is being closely monitored by Real Madrid and Manachester United among other top clubs.
Depay is a 20-year-old winger at PSV Eindhoven.
Depay has 12 goals in 13 games through all competitions so far this season and has built upon an impressive World Cup showing with the Netherlands in Brazil this summer.
