Neymar Ruled Out City Move Due To Muddy Pitches Of England

Manchester City was interested in signing Neymar during the summer of 2013, but he had reservations about playing on muddy pitches in England.
Neymar believed he would have to wear specially tailored boots to play in those conditions and preferred to go to Spain.
Barcelona will meet City in the Champions League in February.
