Chelsea Has Spent Big In Winter Transfer Window Six Years Running

Chelsea has made €345 million worth of transfer deals during the past six winter windows.
Nemanja Matić was acquired last winter, while Chelsea secured a deal for Juan Cuadrado this year.
The €345 million is about the same as the next three most active Premier League clubs combined.
