Villa are searching for a new manager after Paul Lambert was dismissed in the wake of the weekend's 2-0 defeat to Hull City, which saw the club drop into the bottom three of the Premier League.
Klinsmann is settled into his spot with the United States national team and is looking forward to guiding them to the 2018 World Cup.
