City Interested In Transfer For Coutinho

Manchester City have interest in Philippe Coutinho, who signed a long-term deal with Liverpool in February to increase his earnings to £70,000.
Liverpool bought Coutinho from Inter Milan for just £8.5 million in February of 2013 and he's now valued at £35 million.
City plans on completing a major overhaul of their roster this summer.
