Sergio Ramos will play in the midfield for Real Madrid against Atletico Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League tie.

The decision to put Ramos in the midfield will allow Carlo Ancelotti to use both Pepe and Raphael Varane in defense.

So they would use a perfectly good midfield spot, on Ramos.. this isn't interesting it's actually bothersome given how much talent they have occupied in the mid. Ramos should play RB beside Varane or Pepe, his original position coming into Real Madrid
