City, Chelsea Interested In Spurs' Danny Rose

Danny Rose is being monitored by both Manchester City and Chelsea.
The Tottenham left-back would be of particular interest to the clubs as an England international since they each lack players who qualify as homegrown.
Rose signed a five-year contract with Spurs last summer, but the club has a potential replacement for him in Ben Davies.
