Wolfsburg have confirmed Kevin De Bruyne will join Manchester City on a move worth an initial $83 million and could hit $90 million with bonuses.
The only sticking point between Wolfsburg and City is how the payment is structured.
“We will complete everything either tonight or tomorrow. De Bruyne is off to Manchester City,” said Klaus Allofs.
