Barcelona defeated Granada 3-0 behind a hat-trick from Luis Suarez. Suarez scored in the 22nd, 38th and 86th minutes.
Real Madrid needed a win, which they secured against Deportivo, and for Barcelona to drop points to win La Liga. With Barcelona up 2-0 at halftime, Real Madrid took Cristiano Ronaldo out of their match.
