Manchester City are close to completing a £13.8 million deal to sign Nolito from Celta Vigo.
Nolito scored 12 goals in La Liga last season and has been a regular for Spain in Euro 2016.
Nolito and City have already agreed upon person terms over a three-year contract worth approximately €4 million per year.
