Everton are closing in on a £28 million ($36.5 million) transfer deal with Crystal Palace for Yannick Bolasie.
Palace rejected a bid earlier this week from Everton worth £18 million.
Alan Pardew is keen to complete the signing of Christian Benteke from Liverpool for around £30 million.
Bristol City, who sold Bolasie to Palace for just £350,000 in 2012, are due for a large windfall having inserted a sizeable sell-on fee in his contract.
