Liverpool have paid the £13 million release clause of Xherdan Shaqiri.
Shaqiri started his medical at Liverpool on Friday morning after an agreement was reached with Stoke on Thursday.
Shaqiri will give Jurgen Klopp another option in the final third.
Shaqiri helped Switzerland reach the round-of-16 of the World Cup, with Stoke hoping those performances in Russia would spark an auction for the forward.
